PKR - Retak Menanti Belah

Tsunami yang melanda Chile memberi tempias kepada PKR di Malaysia. Apa sudah jadi dengan parti Anwar Ibrahim ini? Hari ini Tan Tee Beng, AP Nibong Tebal keluar PKR jadi Bebas. Bulan lepas Zaharain Hashim ( Bayan Baru ) keluar PKR juga jadi Bebas. To date, dua dah Ahli Parlimen PKR cabut meninggalkan Anwar dan PKR.
Bekas SU Agong, Salehudin Hashim yang juga kawan Anwar sejak MCKK pun cabut. Fairus Khairuddin, bekas TKM1 Pulau Pinang pun blah masuk UMNO. Di Permatang Pauh seramai 77 orang tukang pelekat poster PKR di DUN Penanti pun cabut masuk UMNO. Kubu kuat PKR yang diwakili Anwar sebagai Ahli Parlimen pun ada anak-anak buah cabut lari dengan alasan sudah tidak dapat menerima kepimpinan parti. Maksud mereka Anwar dan Wan Azizah kot.
Salehudin pula kata ada lagi 10 orang Ahli Parlimen PKR nak keluar parti untuk tubuh parti baru BEBAS. Bebas macamana? Bebas dari cengkaman Anwar kot? Bebas dari tipu muslihat dan pembohongan yang menjahanamkan negara oleh Anwar kot? Bebas dari diliwat kot?
Ramailah 16 Mac ini kawan Ibrahim Ali dalam Parlimen. Dulu hanya ada dua saja wakil SUPP. La ni dah tambah dua lagi AP dari PKR. Kalau tambah lagi sepuluh, jadi ramai lah tu. Ibrahim Ali boleh jadi Ketua Bebas di Parlimen. Najib Ketua Kerajaan dan Anwar Ketua Pembangkang.
Pakatan Rakyat tinggal 80 saja lawmakers against Barisan Nasional’s 137. DAP ada 28 MPs dan PAS ada 23. PKR hanya tinggal 29 AP dalam parlimen. Tapi kalau betul 10 lagi cabut macam kata Salehudin, nampak gaya Anwar kena pencen awal jadi Ketua Pembangkang. Takkan tinggal 19 AP pun masih memegang Ketua Pembangkang. Anwar boleh jadi Pembangkang's Minority Leader. Anwar kena balik mandi air kolam Mesjid Cherok Tok Kun gamaknya, buang sial.
Bayangkan apa Anwar nak kata kalau Nurul Izzah adalah antara 10 yang nak cabut ?

3 Exco Kedah DiGugurkan

Ustaz Azizan akan menggugurkan 3 Exconya dalam rombakan dan perlantikan semula Exco Kedah yang dibuat setahun sekali. Dr Hamdan Khatib dan Dr Ismail Salleh, kedua-duanya dari PAS dan Tan Wei Shu dari PKR. Tan Wei Shu akan digantikan oleh Tan Show Kang.
Exco dari PAS akan digantikan oleh wakil PAS juga. Siapa yang akan menggantikan Dr Hamdan dan Dr Ismail hanya akan diketahui minggu depan apabila Ustaz Azizan mengumumkan barisan Exconya.
Barisan Exco Kerajaan Kedah telah menyaksikan perubahan sebelum ini apabila wakil PKR V.Subramaniam (Bukit Selambau) yang terlibat dengan pernikahan haram meletakkan jawatan Exco sekaligus kerusi DUN yang menyebabkan PRK dan apabila seorang lagi Exco Mohd Radzi Salleh (Lunas) melepaskan jawatannya dan mengumumkan keluar parti PKR. Mereka telah digantikan oleh Manikumar dan Lim Soo Nie.
Siapa lagi yang tinggal wakil dari PKR dan PAS untuk mengisi jawatan EXCO Kedah?
Kalau dah tak ada calon yang layak, Ustaz Azizan kena tubuh kerajaan dengan BN la pulak. Kerajaan Perpaduan ke, Kerajaan Campuran ke, kalau dah kerajaan Pakatan tidak memberikan hasil yang baik.
Dalam pada itu pun, ada pulak orang PAS marah Ustaz Azizan kerana tak rujuk dulu dengan PAS Negeri. Ustaz Azizan tak perlu rujuk pun, dia MB Kedah. Dia Ketua Eksekutif Kerajaan Negeri Kedah. Dia boleh lantik siapa saja yang dia berkenan. Tentunya dia punyai kebijaksanaan untuk melantik mereka yang difikirkan layak untuk kerusi EXCO Kedah.

"....sudah pasti Nik Mohamad Abduh lebih dari mampu. Apalagi bila salah satu akaun peribadi Nik Mohamad Abduh di sebuah bank tempatan menunjukan wang tunai berjumlah RM150,000 telah depositkan ke dalam akaun itu pada jam 2.50 petang pada 6 November 2009.
Ataupun Tuan Guru boleh menaiki kereta mewah milih Al Fadhil Nik Mohamad Abduh bernombor pendaftaran PAS 17 atau nombor pendaftaran asalnya BJY2836. Kereta jenis Honda Elysion Automatik berharga 217,517.20 yang dibeli dengan Nik Abduh membayar downpayment RM52,517.20 itu tentu selesa untuk dipandu menuju ke selatan.

Lantaran kemudian bolehlah dibuat claim kepada Roshaimi Razak supaya dapat Nik Abduh tampung bayar instalment bulanan yang berjumlah RM1,849 itu.
Walaubagaimanapun, harap-harap Nik Aziz tidak menumpang naik kereta Toyota Harrier bernombor plat AAF26 yang didaftarkan diatas nama Nik Amalina Binti Nik Abdul Aziz. Ini kerana kenderaan itu disenarai hitam oleh PDRM. Dan harapnya Nik Abdul Aziz dapat menasihati Nik Amalina supaya hadir ke Mahkamah di Raub dan di Kota Bharu. Ini kerana pada 2 Disember 2005 dan 5 Julai 2007 Nik Amalina selaku orang yang didaftarkan sebagai tuanpunya kenderaan AAF26 itu sudah gagal hadir ke Mahkamah."

dipetik dari pastambunblog, al-banjari : " Bloggers yang dikenali ramai sebagai Cina Islam atau nama sebenar YB Ustaz Khalil Idham Lim, Adun Titi Serong dan juga Ketua Penerangan PAS Perak terlibat dengan kemalangan jalanraya di Bukit Berapit, Jalan lama Kuala Kangsar ke Taiping. Kemalangan tesebut berlaku kira-kira jam 4.30 petang tadi, kenderaan beliau bertembung dengan sebuah lori yang tiba-tiba keluar dari persimpangan. Sebelah kiri kenderaan beliau mengalami kerosakan teruk. Alhamdulillah, beliau besama pemandunya selamat dan tidak mengalami sebarang kecederaan."

Apa bohong pula yang tulis dalam repot. Kalau dah dua kali dalam sebulam accident, Lim kenalah insaf. Mungkin ada petunjuk yang nak disampaikan kepada beliau. E-class rosak sikit sahaja. No problem. Camry Nizar lagi teruk jatuh parit.


Wajah sugul Lim menunggu repot agaknya. Hai, apalah nasib, e-class dah rosak, miss ceramah pulak tu.

Contrary to popular perception, Singapore does actually have a working
Parliament, in which ministers are occasionally asked questions, some
of which are not plants.

In Parliament Monday, one such incident occurred when Zaqy Mohamed,
vice-chairman of the ruling People's Action Party's youth wing and an
ethnic Malay MP, asked the education minister what was being done
about the persistent educational under-performance of ethnic Malay
students compared to Singaporeans of other ethnic backgrounds.

The problem is a serious and persistent one. Figures from the
Education Ministry show that while Singaporean exam results have
increased across the board over the last decade, the stark disparities
between the city-state's main three ethnic groups remain.

In 2008, just 59.3 percent of Malay students achieved 5 passes at
O-level, the exams taken by 15 and 16-year-olds, compared to 86.2
percent of Chinese and 73 percent of Indians.

It's not surprising to see the government dodging this intractable and
controversial issue again. The question is whether the PAP's seeming
indifference is motivated more by its over-arching self-help
philosophy or by the fact that a Chinese-dominated party in a
Chinese-dominated nation is not too bothered by the underperformance
of the Malay minority.

Here is a brief summary of the bill before the Ugandan parliament,
Anti-Homosexuality Bill 2009 (read the original text):

1. Anybody committing a homosexual act can be imprisoned for life.
2. Those who 'attempt' a homosexual act can be imprisoned for up to 7 years.
3. Those who know of homosexuality taking place, but do not report it, can be imprisoned for up to 3 years. This includes hotel owners whose rooms are being used by a gay couple.
4. Anybody committing a homosexual act more than once faces the death penalty.
5. Anybody who commits a homosexual act and is HIV-positive faces the death penalty.
6. Anybody who enters a same-sex union can be imprisoned for life.
7. The law applies to any Ugandan citizen or resident who commits a homosexuality crime, even if the act is committed in a country where it is legal. Extradition will be sought (not like any civilised country would grant such an extradition).
8. Organisations, blogs, etc. which promote gay rights are illegal, effectively banning opposition to the bill once passed.
9. Any international treaties which contain provisions counter to this bill (ie. human rights treaties) are declared void.
10. The bill also declares same-sex attraction to be purely a choice, with no natural influence.

So people who commit homosexual acts more than once (ie. most homosexuals) face death.

Who is Allah?

“He is Allah, the Creator, the Originator, the Fashioner. To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names, whatever is in the heavens and on Earth, does declare His Praises and Glory, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.” (Holy Qur’an 59:24)
Allah is the name of the only Sole Creator; the only One Who deserves to be worshipped; the Omnipotent Lord of the entire universe; the Cherisher of Mankind; the Eternal, the Absolute; the Merciful, the Beneficent; the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing Provider; The Judge, the Master of the Day of Judgement.
Allah is the personal name of the One True God. It denotes the Oneness of God, His Majesty which He shares with none as opposed to the plurality that religions based on false ideas of triune divinity tend to preach. The name does not suggest any particular gender. It is the name that the Prophets (peace be upon them all) used in reference to Him, including Jesus! We can prove this.
Firstly, Allah is the name by which God is known to all Arabs, Christians and Muslims alike. The Arab Christians are known to call Jesus ‘ibn Allah’ meaning the son of God. Ask the Orthodox Christians of Iraq the birthplace of Abraham, the Coptic Christians of the Egypt of Moses, the Palestinian Christians of the Holy Land trod by Jesus Christ or the peoples of the entire Middle Eastern complex, the epicenter from which the shockwaves of revelation emanated, and they will attest to that ‘Allah’ is recognized as the proper name for what Western religions call ‘God’.
Secondly, the Arabic translation of the Bible refers to God as ‘Allah’, but the Western Christian with his deep rooted prejudice against the Muslim will do everything to deceive the poor African Christian by feeding him false information to turn him away from his true religion towards the worship of a man-God. Does it mean that Arab Christians also worship a pagan god or that their Bible encourages them to do so?
Thirdly, The 72 Jewish scholars entrusted to translate the Septuagint chose to translate ‘Elohim’, the most encountered name for God in the New Testament, to ‘Theos’. ‘Elohim’, ‘Eloah’, ‘Eloi’, ‘Eli’ sound like and linguistically match ‘Allah’ in form and meaning. These Biblical names are in Hebrew, a sister language to Arabic and Aramaic. So it would be expected for words which have the similar meanings in these languages to have a similar phonetic sound. For instance, ‘shalom’ in Hebrew and ‘salaam’ in Arabic both mean peace.
What is not recognized by Christian and Muslim purists in the land of revelation is the generic Westernized name, ‘God’. This term is completely and absolutely foreign to the untranslated, foundational scriptures of the Old and New Testaments and the Qur’an. It simply does not exist in the foundational manuscripts of any of the three Abrahamic religions. Not even a single word can be found which can be transliterated to ‘God’.
The word ‘God’ is of uncertain origin. It may have arisen from the Indo-European ‘ghut’ with underlying meaning of that which is invoked or the prehistoric German ‘guth’ as a distant ancestor (from which modern Germanic ‘gott’, the Dutch ‘god’ and the Swedish and Danish ‘gud’ are derived). Lots of maybes. No matter how the origin of the word is traced, the name ‘God’ is of Western and extra-Biblical construction, and the historical origin and meaning are uncertain.
Consider names such as Shim’own Kipa, Yehowchanan, Iakobos, Matthaios. Who is to say that these transliterations of the Hebrew and Greek are not the correct names for the Biblical Simon Peter, John, James and Matthew? Are they correct only in their English form?
The above evidences are well recognized but obstinately concealed by those who approach scriptural analysis more as a religious turf war than as an objective search for truth.
Which is stranger, to invent and popularize new names or to remain faithful to what are held to be holy texts. To identify the Creator by the ‘God’ label hatched from human creativity and incubated in Western culture or by the name specified by The All-Mighty in his own scripture?
The one who speaks ‘Iakobos’ and ‘Allah’ will be greeted with a certain reserve in the West. We are not concerned with popularity but rather truth of testimony before the Creator.
This article intends to educate the local Christian clergy and the media who have connived to cast Islam as a religion of idol worship and have spread falsehood and lies to turn people away from this great religion. It is unbelievable that in this day and age of information technology there should still be such ignorance. Those misguided Christians who claim that the word refers to a pagan god should then not trust their very own Bible for including it in its text! Jesus supposedly called out to this ‘God’ from the cross. He did not say ‘God’ for he was not European. He spoke Aramaic and the word in his language was ‘Alah’.
Perhaps they should talk to their Christian brothers in Malaysia who’ve taken the government to court and got a ruling that allowed them to use the name ‘Allah’ for their religious purposes. Their insistence is based on the fact that the Arabic word ‘Allah’ is commonly used by Christians to describe God in such countries as Egypt, Syria and Indonesia. These are the sincere Christians who have seen through the warped religious dogma of the Western world.

Those who reject Allah and resort instead to spewing blasphemous invectives ‘will not injure Allah in the least, but He will make their deeds of no effect’ (47:32)

There were lots of fascinating developments at the Brookings US-Islamic forum in Doha over the weekend, which I'll be writing about in detail over the next few days--and one very depressing development. Anwar Ibrahim, the charismatic Malaysian reformer, came to Doha directly from a Kuala Lumpur courtroom, where he is being tried for sodomy; he returned to Malaysia Sunday night. The Malaysian government has been after Ibraham for the past decade now, jailing him, convicting him of sodomy (that is, of homosexuality) once--a verdict that was partially overturned--and is now trying him again.
Let's leave aside the human rights outrage...well, maybe not--anti-sodomy laws are barbaric. Period. In any case, using claims of homosexual activity to discredit a political opponent is disgraceful. Ibrahim is married; his wife insists these charges are trumped up. There is, however, a young man, a former aide, who has made the accusation. No doubt, these charges would never have been brought if Ibrahim weren't such a well-known and outspoken voice for freedom.
I've met Anwar several times and had memorable conversations with him. He is a wise, decent and courageous man. Last year, at the Doha Forum, Anwar took the opportunity of Barack Obama's Inauguration to chide his fellow Muslims: the question is no longer what the Americans should do, he said (I'm paraphrasing here), but what we Muslims can do to get our act together, to establish just and democratic governments in our own countries.

On Sunday in Doha, Anwar met Hillary Clinton...and Clinton agreed to have her picture taken with him, which is a significant public sign of support that I hope the Secretary will follow up with a phone call to her Malaysian counterpart. Anwar's trial will be finished in the next week or so; he told me he fully expects to go back to prison. The thought of staying in Doha, or emigrating to the United States hasn't crossed his mind. He's a Malaysian patriot and a fighter for democracy of international significance. He deserves all our support.
